Dumbarton Bridge Shut Down

You'd be well-advised to avoid the Dumbarton Bridge this morning

​As a public service to any readers about to hop in a car and head off to the Dumbarton Bridge -- don't do it!

The bridge's westbound lanes are closed and eastbound travel has been reduced to one lane following a major injury crash involving at least four vehicles.



People have apparently gotten out of their cars and started wandering around on the bridge -- it's that slow. The long and short of it is, avoid the Dumbarton Bridge. Plot an alternate route here.
