Autopsy Today For Woman Discovered in Suitcase

Details are scarce; the Medical Examiner would not this morning release the identity of the victim. Calls to the San Francisco Police Department have not yet been returned.
The woman is likely a thirtysomething Caucasian or Latina. Based on the condition of her body, police say, she was probably not in the suitcase for more than a couple of days.
Police are consulting with the Coast Guard to determine the wave patterns over that time, to better determine where the suitcase could have been dropped into the water.
