KTVU news is reporting that 19 students took over the San Francisco State student union in the predawn hours. At least two protesters have been arrested, with unconfirmed reports that they were pepper-sprayed by police.

A masked protester interviewed on television claimed this action was taken in solidarity with 11 students the university is charging $744 apiece  for the Dec. 9 occupation of the school's business building.

That demonstration required police to smash windows to gain entry to the building before arresting 25 people.
