With a view like that, no Port employee has an excuse for being out of shape
Wandering down Terry Francois Boulevard and hanging a left at the distillery, one ambles into an open, airy warehouse. Walking through the warehouse, one comes face to face with ... another warehouse! Finally, you hit the water. And there you discover the above: An old car seat with a million-dollar view and an exercise bike bolted to the waterfront.

Port of San Francisco personnel confirmed that the bike is, indeed, a well-used bit of municipal property. But just in case anyone was wondering, this outdoor stationary cycle is branded with the city's mark:

It's official...
It's unclear whether the evident wear and tear on the cycle is due to health fanatacism by Port employees or the fact that the sucker is bolted to the railing and, therefore, kept outside during rainy weather.

Perhaps it's a bit of Column A and a bit of Column B.
