Alleged S.F. Child Porn Prof Suspected of Sex Crimes With St. Louis 13-Month-Old

SF Weekly's sister paper, the Riverfront Times, is reporting that a St. Louis-area woman has been arrested on charges of rape, statutory sodomy, child pornography, and incest stemming from an alleged sex crime involving her 13-month-old daughter.
Tessa Vanvlerah, 20, is charged with arranging for a get-together with Ryan, after meeting on the internet. St. Louis County Police allege the two engaged in what the RFT described as "a sex rendez-vous" involving the baby.

Originally scheduled for arraignment on March 19, he was freed on $55,000 bail and scheduled for arraignment this morning. Between March 19 and today, however, he was re-arrested by federal authorities and is being held on $2 million bail.
Update, 4 p.m.: St. Louis County prosecutors today charged Kyle with one count of statutory rape in the first degree, one count of statutory sodomy in the first degree, and one count of promoting child pornography in the first degree.
