After One Day, WikiMeg Exposes ... Boring Complaints About eBay

Will the public find any real dirt on Whitman? So far, that's a no.
Monday morning's Chron had a story about how a labor union-funded independent campaign has outsourced opposition research to the public in its creation of WikiMeg.com -- a "place to discover and share information about billionaire CA Governor candidate Meg Whitman."

We checked it out just recently to see what juicy investigatory nuggets the effort has turned up. Behold, the initial comment in the most substantial (and only) anti-Whitman thread thus far:

I had been an ebay-er for many many years until 2008, when I had been contacted by ebay to divulge personal information which had never been required before. My ebay account was frozen, along with a sum of money due to me, which ebay refused me access to until I provided them with my personal information. This new procedure seemed to be a result of an in-house policy change. 2 years later, ebay has canceled my account and taken the money in it.
When I heard Meg was running to govern my state, I thought to myself-- "NO WAY!!! She stole my money through ebay, and I'm not going to let her do it as Governer of the state I was born and raised in!"
OMG! Whitman was probably behind that policy change! She probably stole your $5 or whatever! Then she may have used it to buy porn, which she loves

Additionally, two threads sprung up praising Whitman for using her own money and scaring unions. Keep up the good investigating, guys!
