We reported earlier about Tony Lewis, the 29-year-old man found shot to death in a car yesterday parked in front of 750 Jerrold Avenue.

There is still no suspect information, according to the San Francisco Police Department. But it does warrant mentioning that the car Lewis' bullet-riddled body was discovered in was not his own.

Police spokesman Sergeant Wilfred Williams confirmed that the police do know whose car it is, but are not willing to release that information at this time. Lewis, according to Williams, did not have a criminal record here in the city. He was San Francisco's eighth homicide victim of the year.
