But Nadell had the modesty to refrain from saying "I told you so."
"This goes to the overall concept that you have to do background
checks," Nadell said when we caught up with him attending a Las Vegas
rodeo last week. "I know America is supposed to be a place where everyone gets second chances. But when you look at the recidivism rate,
and look at the fact there are so many people convicted of crimes,
chances are, if someone's done something once, they're going to do it
again."
A spokesman for Bricsnet did not return a call requesting comment.
