Breakin' the law...
A man accused of emptying the contents of his trachea onto the face of a Muni driver allegedly did so once again to a cop while being arrested.

The Muni driver -- who wouldn't let this charmer ride for free in the Outer Mission -- called police Monday afternoon after the would-be passenger supposedly pulled a Roberto Alomar on him. It turned out the suspect had an outstanding warrant for his arrest -- for what the police have not yet stated -- and he was led back to Ingleside Station.

Once he arrived there, the suspect is charged with attempting to spit on a cop. No word on whether he'll make an effort to spit on a fire fighter, mail carrier, and paramedic to complete the public service category.
