This heavy duty gardening implement was seen locked to a bike in the parking garage of the Potrero Shopping Center right outside the entrance to the 24-Hour Fitness. Maybe an urban gardener stopped by to pump up his pecs before a hard day of slinging dirt?


Or is this the world's least threatening beast from hell? Maybe a fed-up biker finally found a way to intimidate all the SUVs navigating the city streets? At any rate, we're impressed that anyone can manage to pedal their way through San Francisco while wielding this tool, as we have not yet mastered biking with coffee.
