Seen in San Francisco: Crying Over Spilled (Organic) Milk
There are worse fluids to trod upon on the corner of Haight and Steiner, but it's always a shame to witness the wasting of perfectly good Straus Organic milk (Having written the obituaries for both the patriarch and matriarch of the creamery, I can't help but think that both would be displeased at such a loss).
The wanton destruction documented above does bring up a number of San Francisco-centric questions: Is it all right to cry over spilled milk if it's organic? If it's nonfat organic? If it's locally produced? If its shards cut into your grimy, bare feet?
Ponder that and watch your step.
