Locker room talk, it turns out, can lead to a lawsuit
Two former 24 Hour Fitness employees are planning to sue the fitness chain, claiming they were harassed and drummed out of the company after complaining about years of bigoted and homophobic remarks from co-workers.

The choice of representation for axed managers Paul Drobot and Reggie -- who was identified on ABC Channel 7 as just "Reggie" -- was about as subtle as a body-builder: former City Attorney Louise Renne and former Mayor Willie Brown.

Brown, who is loath to remove his dapper suits under any circumstance, had to have explained to him what is this thing we call a "gym" prior to taking the case. We weren't able to get a hold of either lawyer, so it'll have to be "just Reggie" for now.

UPDATE: Renne says her clients are waiting for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to file a "letter of determination" prior to filing a suit. Paul Drobot was primarily a manager in the San Mateo area, while Reggie Allison -- that's his last name, Allison -- worked in the East Bay.
