Bush Administration, GGRA Lose Insurance Food Fight
Remember when the city started rolling out Healthy San Francisco and the Golden Gate Restaurant Association was all, "We don't want to help restaurant employees defray medical costs?" and the Bush administration was all, " Oh, good catch. We don't have a lot on our plate right now, so we'll try to eff shit up for uninsured San Franciscans?" Well, the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the challenges today.
