For the five of you out there who have wondered what the glass at the Muni stop would look like if smashed...wonder no more:

We spotted this scene at the Oakdale Muni stop in Bayview at around 4:30 this afternoon on our way to an appointment...after the T Line train we were on started leaking and conked out one station back. Folks on the street said the glass panel had fallen on its own (eh?) and injured at least one guy, but one has to wonder if a tale like that warranted the number of firefighters on the scene (around 6). The station was closed off for at least half an hour. More photos beneath the fold. --Janine Kahn
