Proving once again that all important political dialogue will now be carried out on YouTube, the No on 98 campaign is sponsoring a short video contest. Prop.98, for the uninitiated, would effectively do away with San Francisco rent control. The requirements for the videos can be found here and the winners will receive $1,000 and "be profiled on the campaign web site and with the press." (via Calitics) — Andy Wright
