Robber Knocks Over Two Marin Banks with Just His Hand

Categories: Crime

Lands_End_Robber.jpg
A bank robber held up two Marin banks in rapid succession last week, according to the Marin Independent Journal. Using his hand to simulate a gun under his clothing, he hit the Westamerica Bank in San Rafael at 11:15 a.m. and a Wells Fargo in San Anselmo fifteen minutes later. This follows a separate string of robberies in the San Jose area carried out by a robber police dubbed the "Broken Nosed Bandit", who has since been apprehended. We are anti-bankrobbing, but pro giving bankrobbers kickass nicknames, and thus propose this moniker for the Marin robber based on his casual (but neat!) attire: The Lands End Robber. Try it on for size, White Man in His Mid-20s to Early 30s. See how you like it. — Andy Wright
