Cartoon Countdown: How Long Until We See This McCain Joke?

So, now that the big story du jour is how Senator John McCain must put his moves on the Republican right — and since Valentine's Day is around the corner — how long is it going to be until we see an editorial cartoon featuring McCain, heart-shaped box of chocolates in hand, wooing a giant elephant in a dress?
