Accused Slim's Bouncer 'Held to Answer'; Will Be Arraigned in March

Devin Williams, the 39-year-old Slim's bouncer charged with beating two patrons of the SOMA-neighborhood nightclub was "held to answer" in his court appearance today, meaning his case will proceed to trial.
Williams is accused of battering clubgoers James Paul Leuschner and Steven Rose in an October incident at the San Francisco club; Leuschner alleges he was choked and tossed down the stairs. Williams, who has multiple felony convictions on his record, has been in custody since his arrest last year.
