Medical pot can get you fired, court says

The California Supreme Court ruled today that a Sacramento man who had a medical marijuana license could legally be fired for failing a company drug test.
The reason, the court said, was that federal law could hold employers liable for their employees drug use.
So - let me get this straight. You can use medical pot because it's legal, but your job can fire you because using pot is illegal.
