Crazed Cat Halts Albion Street Construction?

Curbed SF ran a great reader email this week unleashing a hilarious rumor about what the hell is going on at a slow-moving construction site on Albion Street at 16th in the Mission:
"Word on the street is that there is a crazy, feral cat that haunts that site. Goes by the moniker of "Oswald" - like Lee Harvey; dig? Apparently the construction workers are scared crapless of this thing and they all walked off the job sending construction to a grinding halt."
As Curbed notes, it's difficult to picture a bunch of hard-ass construction workers fleeing for fear of a cat, crazy or not. But wow, if it's true, that would be a great story. (via Curbed SF)
