We're No. 1! San Francisco Tops Conde Nast Traveler Awards

While San Francisco may be one of the worst cities to find a job, the news isn't all bad: We've been rated the No. 1 city in the United States by Conde Nast Traveler magazine's annual Readers' Choice Awards. New York City, never far behind in any national 'best of' list, comes in at No. 2, with Charleston, S.C. rounding out the top three.
Amazingly, San Francisco has held the top spot for 17 of the past 18 years. What exactly does this mean for San Francisco? What were the parameters used to rank cities? Who the fuck knows. Just be happy that we're No. 1.
