robosclaperFind it hard to get tickets to your favorite show? Well, you're not just competing against people, you're competing against scalpers armed with automated ticket-buying programs made right here in America. One of the Roboscalper makers just got himself sued by Ticketmaster today according to the AP:

PITTSBURGH (AP) — A software company has been accused of enabling scalpers to buy up tickets for the Disney Channel's Hannah Montana concert tour.

Pittsburgh-based RMG Technologies Inc. sold software that allows users to flood Ticketmaster with requests and then sell the tickets at inflated prices, according to a lawsuit filed by Ticketmaster in federal court in Los Angeles.

We're so trying to get the text of that lawsuit right now. -- David Downs
