Myspace will soon open an office in San Francisco, according to the tech blog Valleywag. Myspace co-founder Chris DeWolfe and News Corp. CEO Rupert Murdoch will make this announcement at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art this Wednesday, October 17 at 9:30 p.m. The new office will be the sibling of Myspace’s main headquarters in Beverly Hills. DeWolfe and Murdoch will also be in town through October 19 for the Web 2.0 Summit, held at the Palace Hotel.
This news comes after Google recently set up a San Francisco office at 345 Spear St., and Wikipedia announced this week that they too will be opening a San Francisco office.
