Every week, psycho-magnet SF Weekly gets its fair share of crazy shit in the mail. So we've started an intermittent series called Psycho Mail. This week's Psycho Mail deals with cannibalism and hip hop at Ocean Beach. They don't call it the site of Burning Man's founding for nothing. -d2
