Hardly Strictly Bluegrass 2013 Lineup Announced

Hardly Strictly: It's that time of year again.
It's officially September, which means the biggest (and free-est) music festival in San Francisco is only a month away. Today, after dropping plenty of hints online, the organizers of Hardly Strictly Bluegrass announced the lineup for the festival's 13th year, which takes place Oct. 4-6 in Golden Gate Park. Here it is:
