Watch: S.F.'s Still Flyin' Gets Spooky in the New Video for "Spirits"

What's she seeing!?
Pretty much every song on S.F. outfit Still Flyin's new album, On a Bedroom Wall, conjures ghosts of the '80s. But none do so quite as literally as this new video for "Spirits," an uptempo, get-on-the-floor burst of crystalline, synth-laden dance-pop. Bandleader Sean Rawls plays a regular dude (or is he!?) who finds a troubled female in a lonely place and takes her out for a night of revelry. Filmed at what we're 99 percent sure is the Make Out Room, the video ends with a surprise as Rawls' date finds out that her enchanted evening out may not have been quite what she thought.
"Spirits" is among the strongest of the tracks on the new album, which saw release this week. The new Rawls-directed video lends a feast of visuals to that insistent "one ghost is not enough" line in the chorus -- and features a gorgeous bit of San Francisco footage to boot. Check it out after the jump.
Still Flyin' plays June 10 at Rickshaw Stop. Here are a couple more new songs for you to check out:
