Watch E-40 as Puppet Pimp in Funny or Die's "Bitches" Video

E-40 as Vladimir Checkabitch in "Bitches."
Just a week after Bay Area emcee E-40 dropped three brand-new albums under the series name The Block Brochure, he now pops up as a pimping puppet named Vladimir Checkabitch in a Funny or Die video called "Bitches."

The video depicts the "biggest rap group in the world," the Dummiez, a felted posse voiced by 40, Busta Rhymes, Nick Cannon, and Curb Your Enthusiasm's JB Smoove. In the clip, they mingle with a stable of ladies by the pool, and Checkabitch even gets his toes did while rocking giant curlers in his hair. And, interestingly enough, Checkabitch doesn't look unlike the real Snoop Dogg.

Cannon, also known as Mr. Mariah Carey, originally conceived of the Dummiez as a possible television series last year, and this may well be the remnants of the intended pilot. Busta's repetition of the title makes a hypnotic bassline, but it's admittedly a thinly drawn concept and song that only hints at what might have been. Check the mad puppetry after the jump.
