Whatever you have to do, whoever you are, whether you like modern art or not, get behind this Misfits-inspired image as the new logo for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and be a force for radness in the world:
Right? We could parse the challenges of creating a new logo for a world-class art museum any day, but let's just skip all that, agree with our friends at the Bay Citizen, and imagine that the museum's graphic imprint is actually an ode to the Misfits.
It's not. The above image was one submitted in a contest for you (or you! or you!) to imagine a new logo for SFMOMA. Entries are being posted to the museum's Facebook page; the one with the most number of likes by 5 p.m. today will earn its creator a copy of 75 Years Looking Forward, a book on the history of the museum. Sadly, your design will probably not become the museum's permanent logo. But we can still hope, right?
