Soundgarden's Reunion Tour Will Deafen San Francisco This July

Categories: Show To Know

Raise your hand if you miss the real '90s.

Short of a zombified Kurt Cobain rising from the grave in Lolita shades to sing "Heart Shaped Box" to a bunch of kids raised on Miley Cyrus and sexting, we're pretty sure this '90s revival thing has now gotten as crazy-ridiculous as it can get:

Ladies and gentlemen, Soundgarden is going on a reunion tour.

It will be the first Soundgarden tour in 14 years -- the first since Audioslave, since vocalist Chris Cornell's solo project (which came to S.F. this week!), and since you cut off those greasy grunge-kid locks around '98. (Don't ya wish you had 'em now?)

The Soundgarden reunion rolls through San Francisco on July 21, stopping at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Tickets go on sale May 13; check here for them.

If nothing else, we bet it'll be loud. And since the Mars Volta is opening, it'll definitely be hairy.
