S.F. Rappers San Quinn, DaVinci, and Jay Ant Are Playing a Free Show Tomorrow to Keep You Students in School

Stay in class, students, or you'll have to face San Quinn

Students, the rappers of our fair city want you to remain in school. Truly. They want it so bad that tomorrow, three of them -- DaVinci, San Quinn, and Jay Ant -- are playing a free show at S.F. City College to encourage you to continue going to class.

Because really, who better to convince you young people of the value of higher education than people -- artists even -- whoc have to make words rhyme, count beats, and collect money all day? Yes, kids, you have to know stuff even to be a rapper, and we're not talking about those Wiz Khalifa kind of lessons.

Anyway, the details: Headlined by San Quinn, tomorrow's show also features local rappers DaVinci and Jay Ant, along with a performance by local R&B singer Netta B. It goes down from 12 to 5 p.m. at S.F. City College's outdoor amphitheater. Word is there'll be free food early on, so show up earlier than you would to clas -- er, oops! We meant, be punctual like you always are, students. And stay the hell in school, willya?
