Insert "Blow the Whistle" joke here.
Kind of a strange week for local musicians performing live at sporting events: Tomorrow, of course, we await the musical torture that will be Train's show at the S.F. Giants game, and last night, Senior Oakland rapper Too $hort performed a quick song (somewhat appropriately, "Blow the Whistle") at the start of the Warrior's game. A quick guess as to which one we like better... Or, just check out video proof of Too $hort's surprise appearance, in which the horny little devil dances with the Warriors girls. "Short Dog's in the house ..."

The good video clip is on the Warriors website. There's a less-good clip that shows more of the dancers below.

We'd like to note that the Warriors won last night, no doubted aided by the brutal hometown-boosting force that is Too $hort. We'll just have to see how the Giants do after what's sure to be a soggy Train set.
