Low End Theory Will Bring All Its L.A. Beat Magic to S.F. Next Year

Apparently not content with the weekly mindfuck of a party that is Low End Theory, L.A.'s Daddy Kev and his stable of resident and guest DJs/performers will put their now world-famous show on the road once a month for Low End Theory S.F. The first party will be no small affair either, with both Daedelus and Baths headlining.

Low End Theory has turned into one of L.A.s biggest and most influential music parties. It served as a platform for the rise of artists such as Flying Lotus and Gaslamp Killer, and has pulled in acts from every corner of the hip-hop and electronic worlds, including Lazer Sword, the fast-rising hip-hop collective Odd Future, and experimental soundmakers such as Matthewdavid and Oneotrix Point Never.

The first S.F. party will kick off on January 21st at 103 Harriet. In addition to Daedelus and Baths, Daddy Kev, The Gaslamp Killer, Nobody, D-Styles, and Nocando will assume their normal resident roles. According to the blog Dance Fever 5000, the ensuing monthly parties will take place on the first Friday of the month, beginning in March. Mark your calendars now, people. This is no joke.
