Hunx and His Punx Sign With Hardly Art, Announce New Album

Categories: News
A pile of news out today regarding lauded licentious locals Hunx and His Punx means they're having a pretty darn good week. Exciting stuff for the silver-tongued Seth Bogart and his punkettes after the jump...

Hunx and His Punx, creators of such dirty bubblegum-punk-pop as "Cruising," (see below) announced today that they've signed with the Hardly Art label. The Sub Pop offshoot will drop a new Hunx full-length -- the band's first proper album -- sometime next spring (the name is still under development). The crew will then drag out its leather outfits to rain down campy sex anthems around the world in support of the new record.

On top of the singing, record, and tour, Hunx, etc., are in NYC this week spewing filth for the massive CMJ Festival, where they'll surely find even more fans. It's apparently the band's last show of the year, and we kinda wish we were there to see it.
