Rookie of the Year ("did he say 'funky buttloving'?") on Saturday at the Elbo Room;
and Death Wish V (they just don't make vengeance-movie franchises like they used to) the same night at 924 Gilman.
What's next, a Hootie and the Blowfish cover band called City Slickers II: The Legend of Curly's Gold? Because that might actually kind of rule.
