Oscar Bucher's Waiting for a Train: The Toshio Hirano Story tells about Hirano's epiphanic discovery of Jimmie Rogers, how he immigrated to the U.S., and how Hirano fulfilled a 40-year dream of becoming a country and bluegrass performer.
