This weekend was a great weekend to geek out. Whether you wanted to dress like a superhero or go to a nerdy picnic in Golden Gate Park, opportunities abounded to just let your inner-dork hang out.

Meanwhile, in Golden Gate Park, girls were eating fire, weather balloons were being launched, and champion grilled cheese sandwich maker was whipping up award-winning nosh for the attendees of the
Boing Boing Picnic. The
popular website invited friends out Doughboy Meadows to meet and entertain each other, and fans delivered, giving impromptu magic shows collaborating on art projects.
