And another dark hole of time suckage has opened in the Internet with Bad Postcards, a blog devoted to vintage postcard Americana from the 1950s-1970s. For those sensitive to 50s entertaining, be warned: the blog is canned deviled meat and Maraschino-cherry splotched deserts heavy.
Perhaps more disturbing than the meat-wraparounds, is this fella: The perfect manifestation of my childhood nightmares, a hybrid of the duck-lady from Freaks and It's Pennywise.
