We're aiming past the ubiquitous band T-shirts and buttons and into the truly unusual, essential, or empirically awesome items... but if some cotton short-sleeve strikes us as worthy, we will also share. Why it rocks: The skull and cross-microphone logo of a certain community radio station makes a rock 'n' roll mousepad perfect for those un-rock 'n' roll places.

How do you show off your badass taste in music at the office? Rock-inspired ties are generally lame; and tattered Converse could have the boss complaining that you look like a bum, even on casual Fridays. Rock fans who have to rock a nine-to-five may then find themselves ooogling this nifty mousepad from KUSF.

That skull logo and Heavy Metal-ish type get the point across ("I'm really not as boring as my work clothes suggest!") while the fact that it's on a mouse pad means a free pass for presence in any otherwise-sterile environment. It's just the sort of flair to remind you that life doesn't begin or end with those damned TPS reports.
