Joseph Arthur Fans: This Week's Shows Double as Haiti Benefits

Categories: Haiti benefit

If you're hitting either of the two Joseph Arthur shows this week (tonight and tomorrow at the Rickshaw), you might want to bring along your checkbook. The Brooklyn troubadour has just announced he'll be doing a little "live stage painting" during the show (how that will work exactly, we're not sure, since he already sings and plays guitar) and will sell the paintings as soon as the show is over. It'll be one of those "make the guy an offer" systems, with minimum bids at $500. Any money that comes in for the art will be handed over to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.
