Video of the Day: New Souls of Mischief Get Artsy

Categories: Music, Video

Oakland's Souls of Mischief crew went the unconventional route for the first single off their new album, Montezuma's Revenge (out today, and produced by Prince Paul and Domino). The debut track, "Proper Aim," shows visual artist Steven Lopez  painting the cover to SoM's record. The clip shows a time lapsed version of the album art moving from sketched to colorful, mural-esque full blown painting, with A-Plus, Opio, Phesto, and Tajai committed to paint by the end, Hieroglyphics symbol in there with them too.
