It's the second Vegas DUI for the 43-year old rapper in the past three months and may lead to further legal penalties if Shaw's blood-alcohol content is found to be above .02, which would be a violation of Nevada's zero-tolerance statutes for drunk driving offenders. While 2003's "Burn Rubber" is acknowledged as a latter-day classic and one of the songs which jump-started the hyphy movement, this latest arrest may fall under the category of "keeping it too real." Memo to Shaw: next time you go out partying on the Strip, get a limo or hire a driver. You can afford it, big dog.
