Yesterday morning, I woke up to this in my RSS feed. Might be NSFW but I'm not sure as I'm afraid to look at it for fear my breakfast will repeat itself on me.

I just...I mean...WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH VIDEO GAMES? Seriously, someone please explain it to me with words that are not "marketing" or "demographic" because that BS will not fly with me. Hit the jump for more scantily clad ladies and my angry mutterings about them. (Oh hey! I'm a marketing genius! Look at me go! Working the system from the inside out! I hate myself!)

I'm not naive - despite what some might think. I understand the appeal of a beautiful girl and I like Attack of the Show . Well, I like Blair Butler's segments about comics called Fresh Ink. Blair is smart, very well informed, and funny. And here's the crux of the thing - she has never once posed in a bikini to explain the complex intricacies of the Marvel World. NOT ONE TIME.

Is it too much to ask for a gaming show to be about games? Am I out of line to expect the hosts at G4 to know what they're talking about? Can we please have a video game network that does not devote twenty minutes to revealing Olivia Munn's Playboy Cover?

I don't want to quit you G4, but you're making it mighty hard for me to stomach watching you continue the cycle of objectification and female self hatred so prevalent in our society.

So I ask you again, gentle reader, please explain Olivia Munn to me.
