SF DJs Dominate "America's Best DJ" Nominees

You know it. I know it. And apparently the rest of the world knows it too: SF DJs rule. A plethora of local DJs are among the nominees for America's Best DJ, a DJ Times- sponsored competition whose closing party takes place September 12 at Rain nightclub (in the Palms casino) in Las Vegas. Here are our local heroes up for this prestigious award: Bassnectar, Behrouz, Claude Von Stroke, Dave Dresden, DJ Dan, DJ Shadow, Josh Gabriel, Kaskade, Mark Farina, Miguel Migs, and Qbert.

Voting ends on August 9, so there's still time to stuff that ballot box until the sucker overflows. And, as an added incentive, folks who vote can win cool prizes, ranging from Pioneer pro DJ gear to a trip for two to the closing event, including flight, accommodations, and VIP status at the party.
