Fans of Pixies main man Frank Black/Black Francis should be pleased to know the man has a fresh trick up his multiple moniker sleeve. He's been working on a new act with his wife, Violet Clark, a musical marriage that falls under the name Grand Duchy. The band will showcase its stuff at the Uptown tonight--the only Bay Area sneak preview before the duo heads off to the UK.
