I remember the time when the Horrors wanted to be the Cramps. Now the Londoners want to be a gloomier Jesus & Mary Chain. At least they don't have to switch color palates. The band's first new single in a couple years, "Sea Within a Sea," leaves the garage for the Warhol Factory, its video a dizzy swirl of flashing films and romantic synths.
