Who Fans to Make-Out on Saturday

Well, that headline is technically true, but lemme explain. Local genre-hoppers Mushroom will settle into some old school Who material this Saturday, Feb. 20 at the Make-Out Room. The band, which features members of Citay and Brightblack Morning Light, will be performing Pete Townshend's sci fi rock opera Lifehouse--material that was later used for the Who's Who's Next. Mushroom promises to bring on live renditions of  classics like "Baba O'Riley" along with "crazy intense drumming and plenty of futuristic analog synthesizer sounds." Seven bucks promises that you, well, "Won't Get Fooled Again."
