"Toy Maker" by James Jean

toymaker_jamesjean.jpg
The first solo show of James Jean's art is currently underway at the Jonathan Levine Gallery in New York. His work is stunning, and from the looks of it the show is pretty much sold out. He does have few prints from said exhibit over on his site, and the Levine Gallery has released prints from two of the larger pieces in the show. The print featured here is 22 x 42 1/2 inches on photo rag paper, signed and numbered in an edition of 50. The original was 41x90, so the print is only half the size but you still get to enjoy all the detail this works holds. Get the Print Here.

"Lemuridae" by Caia Koopman

KOOPMANLEMURIDAE-2.jpg
Los Angeles' Tainted Visions has released a new print from Caia Koopman. They have a good number of prints from the artist, but this specific print will only be available from this store. The print is 13x16, signed and numbered in an edition of 50. It comes from a painting Caia had at her show this last summer at the La Luz De Jesus Gallery. Get the Print Here.

"The Real Batman" by Alex Pardee

realbatman_alexpardee.jpg
At the Alternative Press Expo last year, Alex Pardee had some small prints for sale of "The Real Batman." They sold out pretty fast and now itt looks like Zerofriends.com has made a larger version of the print available. The specs: 17x22,  printed with archival inks on acid free velvet cotton rag, signed and numbered in an edition of 200. (Aside: I have the smaller one and it looks amazing; there is no doubt this larger one looks just as good if not better.) Get the Print Here.

"Flight of the Conchords" by Marloo Meekins

flight_marloomeekins.jpg
Marlo Meekins is a caricature artist out of Philadelphia. One look at her work and you are bludgeoned with color and the insane John Kricfalusi (Ren&Stimpy) style of drawing she has. Meekins has done work for Tenacious D and Spumco. She also does some modeling, and from the various blogs around she also has a good number of potential stalkers as well. The print is a 8x10 giclee on canvas, signed and numbered. The image was used by the Conchord chaps for promotion. Get the Print Here.

"Murder Scene" by Munk One

394_MurderScene_original.jpg
Gelaskins has just added Munk One to the lineup of artists they have. So you can now head on over and get this first image as a skin for your laptop, ipod, iphone, handheld game system or if you're me and aren't cool enough to own any of those things, a fine art print is what you can get. The print is 12x8 on bamboo paper and can be had for $30. Get the Print Here.

I really love Caia's work. I'm tempted to pick up one of those prints :)
