Swervedriver Reissue "Raise"

Of all those shoegazer bands making a racket in the '90s, who knew that Swervedriver would have such a lasting following? The London band's San Francisco show last year was highly anticipated and well attended from the reports I received. And now, the group's first three albums were re-issued last week by Second Motion/Hi-Speed Soul Records. Extended and remastered versions of Mezcal Head, Raise, and Ejector Set Reservation are all out now on disc (in a limited edition series) with liner notes from the members.
