Which would you prefer: To drop a bucketload of money to see Celine Dion in San Jose on February 20 at HP Pavilion, or to kick down just a couple bucks to see Celine Dion at the Stud on February 26? The big difference, my friend, is whether you desire an evening of singular Canadian-grade mom music, or a night of noise from members of The Fucking Champs and Crime in Choir. If filling a drag bar with deep drones is more your thing, I'd suggest the latter Celine -- or, rather, Celine Dion 2013, the official name of the noiseniks comprising the new San Francisco act. Check the sounds of whispered industrial anthems undercut by drive-by fighter jets on the Celine Dion 2013 track "Huit," available on the group's MySpace page.

It should be mentioned that the Feb. 26th show at the Stud is a benefit to raise money for the totally awesome Jacy (myspace.com/teenactionrecords) and his totally not awesome medical bills. Meanwhile that other fake french canadian's show is only going to benefit her weird baby cloning project.
(actually that weird baby cloning project does sound kinda cool)
