"Magic Trick" by Anthony Lister at Fifty24SF in February

From New York City by way of Australia, Anthony Lister's artworks are coming to Fifty24SF gallery. Magic Trick is his latest solo exhibition, displaying his interpretation of how the constant bombardment of media affects viewers. His broken, abstract creations explore the darker side of both heroes and villains, often quite literally (see Fat Batman). Magic Trick opens Thursday, Feb. 5, with a reception from 7 to 9 p.m., and can be viewed until Feb. 26. For more info, visit Fifty24SF.com.
